Preliminary Tax assessments

In this period (December - January) you might  receive a tax assessments from the tax autorities. If you want we can change the assessments, please let us know. If you didn't receive an assessments and you want one please let us know we can request one for you quickly. This applies also for the Toeslagen.

Tax plan 2022: change in rates and reduction in deductibility

Tax rates and deductions
The tax rate will decrease for the first tax bracket, the rate will change to 37,07%. Most of the standard deductions will increase, like the general deduction, labor deduction and the elderly deduction. All in all it means less taxation. The  highest tax rate will be 49,5%

Reduction of deductibility
The deductible rate for interest on your mortage decresaes to 40%, but also for many more tax deductible items. Next year the rate will change from 40% to 37,07%

NEW SERVICE OFFERINGS LUPACOMPANY

Service offering: e-identification (e-herkenning). 

We can organise e-Identification protection level 3 for you or your company. The communicaiton with the government will go through Digid or E-herkenning. When ever you need it, we can request it for you.

Service offering: Certified Administration (bewindvoering)

Someone who is -due to physical or mental disabilities- unable to take care of ones own finances, qualifies for administration (in Dutch: bewindvoering). A certified administrator then gets to manage all income and expenses and arranges all financial matters.

CORONA MEASURES STATUS DECEMBER 18 -  2021-2022 LOCKDOWN

As per december 18 the meassures have been extended. meassures like the NOW and TVL and the extension in delaying tax payment.

Since the first lockdown an increasing number of measurements have been launched to save businesses from the negative effects of the lockdown.

Zero emission zones 2025

In 2025, 20 Dutch cities will introduce zero emission zones. And by 2030 Amsterdam will require all traffic to be emission free. On our website a list of cities and a time line to 2030.

NIEUWS LUPACOMPANY

Inflation is 5,2% - rates Lupacompany per January 1st.

The prior 12 months gave an inflation of 5,2%. The inflation is increasing the rent, the price of software and salary. On our website you can find the rates per January 1st. We decided to increase the hour rate with 1,8% instead of 5,2%. The fixed package prices are updated every two years, per 2022 we updated the prices.
