Handing in the VAT administration for Q4 before 10th of January
We would like to receive the administration regarding the VAT (value added tax) of your company before the 10th of January. So we can do process the administration and do the VAT tax declaration on time for you.
What do we need?
What we need from you to do the VAT declaration
We have a list of item to help to get organised and complete. Being complete is the easiest and fair way to save tax.
We need all sales invoices, invoices you received, receipts also when the invoice is not paid or there isn't any VAT on it.
All receipts for business and mixed expenses (part private and part business). Make sure VAT is on the receipt.
Please hand in the receipts per category (don't staple) tied together with a paperclip.
We are using the following categories (expense classes):
- travel
- telephone, interent
- office matarial
- study/research
- subscriptions/literature
- postage and logistics
- Inventory/assets/computers/car.
- acquisition or representation.
- lunch and/or diner (please let us know who was part of the meeting)
- material or direct expenses connected to the work or prodcuct
- Car related expenses (gasonline, insurance, tax, maintanance, ...)
- promotional expenses (domain name, social media, ads, ....)
- administration (Insurance, work of Lupacompany)
Bankstatements, please highligth payments from clients..
When you own a car or bike please hand in the mileage of your business mileage. When you have your car on the company and you are using 100% for businss then make sure you maintain a daily travel calender of both private and business travel.
Please hand in all tax correspondence.
