Stimulation Plan Start-ups

With more than 40 measures Anne-Wil Lucas wants to improve the business environment for start-ups. The VVD member of parliament has researched and looked at policies with the glasses of the entrepreneur. According to her there is a lack of incentive arrangements. In addition she thinks that government measures have a restrictive effect. The measures include access to capital markets, innovation schemes, knowledge sharing, liberalising establishment requirements, simplifying taxes, stimulating cooperation's and access to trade missions. The plan's called Agenda StartUpNL and is offered at Minister Kamp of Economic affairs.
