TEK closes on October 2 Don't forget to apply
If you, as an SME, spent more than 7% of your revenue on energy in 2022, you may be entitled to TEK subsidy: a contribution to these costs. But don't wait too long. The application process closes on 2 October 2023.
What is TEK?
TEK stands for Energy Costs Allowance and is a scheme created to cover the burden of energy-intensive SMEs over the period from 1 November 2022 to 31 December 2023. You can receive an allowance in one application with retroactive effect for this entire period. You must meet a number of requirements. You can find an overview of the conditions on this webpage of the RVO.
Amount of compensation
If you meet the conditions, you will receive an advance of 35% (up to a maximum of € 160,000) of the eligible energy costs within 5 working days. A final subsidy will be determined in 2024.
