The declaration income tax 2018 can be submitted from mid March. Are you a bit reluctant to submit your declaration? Have you lost oversight over the information you need? The hand-in-help can aid you in this.

Hand-in-Help income tax

The hand-in-help support you with the question what is needed to do the declaration for you. The hand-in-help covers different tax subject, and details what is needed when the subject is applicable for you. Please collect and send the documents together with the Hand-in-help to us by post or email. You can find the help here.

Timeline and extension

The declaration of the income tax of 2018 needed to be submitted before May 1st 2019. You can ask for a individual extension to september 1st. We can arrange for our clients an extension up till may 1st 2020. to submit the declaration. We advise you not to wait to long to make sure you are not paying fines or interest. 

Deadline December 1st.

Benodigde stukken voor de aangifte omzetbelasting 

 

Alle verkoop- en inkoopfacturen, ook nog niet betaalde facturen en facturen met 0% BTW; 

Alle bonnen met betrekking tot zakelijke en gemengde kosten. Vergeet niet een BTWbon aan te vragen. Zelf de BTW op de bon schrijven, maakt van een bon geen BTW-bon. 

De bonnen moeten per categorie worden ingeleverd in een envelop/insteekhoes o.i.d. of door middel van een paperclip. (niet plakken of nieten) 

De kostencategorieën zijn:

- kantoormateriaal

- abonnementen, literatuur

Als je auto niet op de balans staat lever je een kilometeroverzicht in. Hierbij dien je de bestemming, datum en naam van bezocht bedrijf of persoon aan te geven. Dit geldt voor alle zakelijke kilometers, ook voor de per fiets afgelegde kilometers.
