The Dutch real estate sector has been in quit rollercoaster for the last decennia: In the crisis at the beginning of the 21st century, leading to developments like private persons building their own houses, contractors cooperating collectively, and transforming commercial property to personal housing. After the crisis, many big building projects arose, as well as the demand for real estate -especially in cities. Nowadays we see an explosive increase in prices for real estate, because of scarcity on the housing market. In 2022 it is almost impossible for starters to find an affordable living space and investors are more and more interested in buying real estate.
Innovation, legislation, sustainability, and the changing tides on the market: we at Lupacompany see real estate as a sector that is amongst the most dynamic. Hence, remaining up to date and being flexible, adaptive, and creative are necessities to flourish as an entrepreneur in this business. And we absolutely enjoy contributing to that!
